Persistent opposition efforts by CCNU result in denial of Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan

Persistent efforts by CCNU that began in the summer of 2021, to oppose a twenty-two (22) unit development at 2463 Jefferson Street, were successful when City Council denied the plan by unanimous vote on June 28, 2022.
